So this looks like feta cheese, a multigrain cracker, and a feta, spinach & artichoke tart.
And it sort of is. In a dairy free, gluten free, low arginine sort of way. The cheese is vegan. The tart is gluten and dairy free. The crackers are flax seed. And my vegetarian AND junk food loving friends all loved it. Score!
Flax Seed Crackers
1 cup. whole golden flax seeds
1 1/4 cup. Warm water
1/2 tsp. sea salt
Preheat oven to 350. Mix the seeds, water and salt in a bowl. Allow to sit until the seeds are a gelatinous mass. Spread thinly on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Bake about 10 minutes until leathery. Remove sheet from the oven and score into cracker sized squares. A pizza cutter works well for this. Return to the oven and bake until crisp. This could take 30-40 minutes. Cool, break apart, and store in a glass jar.
